The agreement reached between the prosecution, the accused and his official defender was analyzed and approved by the court made up of judges Marcelo Álvarez Melinger, Marcos Burgos and Juan Martín Arroyo, who prohibited the disclosure of the identity of the subject who must spend 4 years and 3 months in prison.
Prosecutor Martín Govetto He led the investigation that began in mid-November 2022 and, like the rest of the cases, arose from an international alert.
The prosecution accused the defendant of the events that he carried out from his home, between August 5, 2018 and May 30, 2022. According to the prosecutor, downloaded the images and video recordings using an internet connection provided by the company Telefónica de Argentina in your name.
