In the early hours of this Saturday, Allan Scalzo, 43, the alleged perpetrator of the death of businessman Haled Saghair in 2019, would have died in the Intensive Care Unit of the La Milagrosa Clinic.

Allan Scalzo, who had changed his name to Vicente Oliva Gómez a few months after Saghair’s murder, had been admitted to the La Castellana clinic for an alleged health complication, and shortly after, referred to the La Milagrosa clinic.

With Scalzo in the hospital, the hearing for the security measure had been held on June 4, in which Judge Olmis Cotes ordered jail for the alleged determiner.

Meanwhile, Scalzo remained in the Intensive Care Unit of this clinic until now, surprisingly, the news of his death became known.

This digital media learned that Scalzo apparently suffered from respiratory complications, which worsened while he was hospitalized.

The victim’s family is awaiting official confirmation of this death and a Forensic Medicine opinion that corroborates the information and reasons for death.
