Four delayed people, repeat offenders in drug dealing, and the seizure of more than 110 cocaine ravioli were the results of a search measure carried out this Friday by the officers of the Ranchillos Police Station, in that town.

“This judicial measure was ordered following an investigation carried out by the Ranchillos Police Station for a cause of aggravated threats. This Friday, the police personnel, when they entered the house in the presence of witnesses, were surprised by the existence of substances,” explained the Inspector Commissioner. Rene Ramirez, second head of the Eastern Regional Unit. “Then the Digedrop staff carried out the field test and confirmed that it was cocaine,” added Ramírez.

The operation was coordinated by the head of the URE, Chief Commissioner Carlos Ruiz, Zone Headquarters, the URE Operations Center, and the Ranchillos Police Station.

“The case was initiated due to a complaint of aggravated death threats. After the investigation, a search measure was requested, which was authorized this Friday. Upon entering the home, the officers found some people in the back of the house making ravioli. When Digedrop personnel intervened, 115 ravioli of cocaine were seized,” explained Commissioner Cristian Herrera, head of the Ranchillos Police Station, who noted that more than 30 thousand pesos in cash were also seized.

Finally, Herrera indicated that UFINAR ordered that four people, two women and two men, be detained. “They are repeat offenders in this type of activity,” she concluded.
