Orozco asserted that these are residents who have persisted in different events that have resulted in altering coexistence.

“They do not pay the administration fee, they threaten the security guards when the padlock plan is made, which is what prevents them from having access to the communal parking lot. It seems quite complex to me and the construction companies do not provide us with support in these situations,” she emphasized.
