He also said that he did not touch any of them, but one of the girls notified their mother that he had; so, in his defense, the man requested evidence from the Prosecutor’s Office to corroborate that everything would be related to a lie.
The family member stated that said rumor It would have reached the ears of a neighbor, and the next day (June 8) several people “entered their house” to beat both Esteban and the little girls’ mother, who was his romantic partner.
He reported that in the midst of the beatings, “They forced” to make a video saying that he played the minors, but that the audiovisual material “He did not do it of his own free will.”
He indicated that Esteban’s neighbors shaved his head, put out cigarette butts on his body and lynched him among several people, which caused him to be transferred to intensive care in a clinic, where hours later he died due to the severity of his injuries (Sunday, June 9).
According to the family member, the girl underwent medical tests to verify if there was rape, but they were negative; nevertheless, They continue with checkups to ensure the diagnosis.
At the moment, this case is being investigated, which is in the hands of the Attorney General’s Office, to establish responsibilities.
