Crime and criminality in Magdalena continue to rise. Through a video, a driver recounted the way in which he was a victim of armed men on the road that connects the municipalities of Sitonuevo and Remolino.
According to the man, around four in the morning he was traveling along the stretch known as ‘El Desvío’, to start his work day.
However, taking advantage of the deplorable state of the road, he was suddenly approached by criminals who forced him to the side of the road and in a matter of minutes, they stripped him of his belongings.
As evidenced by him, not only were his personal belongings stolen, but the criminals also took several valuable elements from the vehicle such as lights, door covers and even the car’s computer.
As he was able to establish Tracking.co, this situation has been occurring recurrently on this route; and the victim in this case is dedicated to transporting dialysis patients who must travel between municipalities in order to receive treatment.
