San Luis Potosi managed to stay in the top 10 of Foreign direct investment (FDI) during May 2024. This was reported by the Federal Ministry of Economy; These are the numbers.
According to the report, with cut to May 31, 2024in Mexico 127 public investment announcements made by the private sector were identified, with an investment expectation of 39 thousand 157 million dollars.

San Luis Potosí remains in the top 10 for FDI during May
San Luis Potosi It was ranked ninth among the ten states with the highest FDI so far in 2024, as of May 31.

How is FDI going in Mexico?
56% of public investment announcements are intended for projects in the manufacturing sector. In the manufacturing sector, the following industries stand out:

- Auto parts (16%)
- Iron and steel (12%)
- Automobiles (9%)
- Electronic components (2%)
- Others (12%).
