During the conclusions of the parliamentary visit to Villa Clara, Lazo called for not giving up and being sensitive to the problems of the population.

As reported by the Cuban Parliament on its website, from June 5 until this Saturday, nine commissions of the National Assembly toured the 13 municipalities of the province, where they reached 300 work and study centers, 14 communities and spoke with 12 thousand 111 people.
The legislators evaluated the main development programs of the territory, the dissatisfactions of the population and the alternatives to the main challenges facing the province.

At the meeting, the president of the Cuban Parliament explained the importance of improving the process of contracting and collecting milk, with the purpose of making up for the shortages of this food, in the face of a very complex international scenario for imports.
The also member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba addressed the issue of repairing the Family Doctor’s and Nurse’s Offices, which must be a goal in this province.
“Comprehensive care for polyclinics, hospitals, maternity and nursing homes is the most important thing on our agendas, as they are an essential part of the work of the Revolution,” Lazo emphasized.
For her part, the Governor of Villa Clara, Milaxy Yanet Sánchez, pointed out that these purposes are achievable with the joint work of everyone, the energy to create and the unity to win.
The Government of Villa Clara, in its accountability agenda to the National Assembly of People’s Power, will include, among other topics, the results in the execution of the objectives and goals of the Economy Plan and the State Budget Law.
It will also report on how food production and marketing, construction, and commerce are going, and will update strategies at the municipal level.
