Promote Work in June 2024: how the Labor Insertion Program works

He Ministry of Human Capitalthrough the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security, explained that the companies that hire beneficiaries of the Return to Work program (exPotenciar Trabajo) will have access to the benefits provided by the Labor Insertion Program.

This program searches financially incentivize companies that hire unemployed workers unemployed people included in social programseducational and employment of the National State, explained the Secretariat.

In that context, Labor Insertion is aimed at all companies of the country already unemployed workers over 18 years old who belong to different national programs.

Promote Work: how Labor Insertion works


With the Labor Insertion program, the National State seeks financially incentivize companies that they hire unemployed workers included in social programseducational and employment of the National State.

Workers receive a monthly financial aid provided by the Ministry of LaborEmployment and Social Security that companies may deduct from salary that they are responsible for paying in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

For your part the companies that join to the Labor Insertion Program, these new hires will also be able to access the reduction of employer contributions stipulated, as long as they comply with the participation requirementsexplained the Secretariat.

To register for the program Labor Insertion, the company will be able to carry out the management of this benefit through the Employment Portal. Once registered there, they must generate a job offer, select a worker who meets the required profile and is identified as suitable to participate in the program.

For their part, the Workers may also register through the Employment Portal. Once registered there they must record your work history and then apply to a job offer.
