A man, who is allegedly responsible for the kidnapping of a minor in Caliis captured by the troops of the Second Brigade of the National Army, the Gaula Military Caribe group, the Military Intelligence Battalion No. 1 and the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) of the Prosecutor’s Office, through the execution of an operation.
