NOTIFY THE NEIGHBORS AROUND THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON 75A STREET No.0A-21 PORTALES DE MAMORÉ NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE CITY OF TUNJA
In compliance with the provisions of article 2.2.6.1.2.2.1 of Decree 1077 of May 26, 2015, in the terms established in Law 1437 of 2011 (CPACA), the undersigned Curadora Urbana No.1 is permitted to inform to the interested parties that the company BOYACA CONSTRUCTORES SAS, identified with Nit. 901.312.622-9 legally represented by Mr. JOSE LEONARDO GALINDO OCACIÓN, identified with citizenship card No.1.049.638.394 issued in Tunja, in his capacity as owner of the property with cadastral code No.0102000008580010000000000. Located at CALLE 75A No.0A-21 PORTALES DE MAMORÉ NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE CITY OF TUNJA, the application for a construction license in the new construction modality was filed under number 15001-1-24-0081, for the construction of a multi-family home. VIS/COMMERCE and/or Services Due to the above, the Urban Curator No.1 is permitted to summon the neighbors adjacent to the property in question, so that they may appear if they so deem it necessary at this office located on Carrera 9 No.19-92 Office 101-102 of the city of Tunja, within five (5) days from this summons communication, to personally learn about the project in question and express their observations on the project in writing. This summons is made in the city of Tunja, on the 5th day of JUNE 2024.
