In an event led by the Chief of Police, Commissioner General Joaquín Girvauthis Thursday the II National Brechero CERO Operator Course successfully ended, with the participation of members of national and provincial forces from different parts of the country.

In the course, which is part of the Annual Training and Improvement Plan for the 2024 school year, participants 15 students belonging to the Argentine Federal Police, National Gendarmerie, Catamarca, San Luis, La Rioja and Santa Fe Police, in addition to the members of the CERO group.

During the event, which took place in the Independencia auditorium of the Deputy Chief of Police, the head of the force was accompanied by the Deputy Chief, Commissioner General Roque Yñigo, and the senior staff of the institution.

Likewise, the planning and delivery of the course was in charge of the Instructors’ office of the ACFRO (Training and Training Area in Rescue and Operations), directed by the chief of Instructors, Principal Officer Milciades. Oscar Avila Campos.

To perfect

For three consecutive weeks, the students perfected their knowledge and put into practice techniques and tactics in mechanical, ballistic, explosive, special breach openings, as well as ground physical conditioning. These activities were carried out on the sports field and shooting range located on the premises of the Police Headquarters and the Penitentiary Service in El Cadillal.

The training was conducted by the Chief Commissioner Mariano Dominguezand supervised by the Chief of Police, Deputy Chief and the Director General of Special Units, Commissioner General Fabio Ferreyra.
