With the aim that the public servants of the Municipal Administration can participate in the XXIII Festival and Reign of Integration of the public employees of the municipality of Ibagué, Asoempubli, tomorrow, Friday, June 14, the public will be attended from 7:00 to 9: 00 in the morning.
“In the framework of the Colombian Folk Festival and taking into account the current conventional agreement between the public employees of Asoempubli and the Municipal Administration in which a business day is established for the development of cultural integration days, a special day of attention was established for this Friday,” said Norma Margarita Cifuentes, Administrative Secretary.
This modification of the schedule was made firm through Decree 1000-0389 of May 21, 2024, to stimulate the cultural and folkloric spirit of the employees who work at the service of the municipality.

The measure does not apply to Administration agencies that work under the shift system or special work schedules such as drivers, police inspection, family police stations, firefighters and traffic agents.
It is worth noting that the day will return to normal starting Monday, June 17, at the usual time, Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon and Friday from 7:00 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon.
