The Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP) through its agents of the Investigative Police (PDI) report the flagrante detention of Joel “N” for his possible participation in the crime of vehicle theft in the capital of Potosí .
His arrest was made when the investigating agents were carrying out functions inherent to their position in the Providencia neighborhood, when they observed the man in question, aboard a cherry-colored March-type Nissan vehicle, model 2023, on Benito Juárez Avenue near a center commercial, which had a theft report valid since August 24, 2023.
Identifying themselves as investigative police, this person was informed of the indications in which he seemed to be involved due to the possible existence of the commission of a crime.
In this way, in terms of flagrancy, José “N” was detained, being informed that he would be transferred to the facilities of the prosecutor’s office to remain at the disposal of the Public Ministry, which will determine his legal situation in the next 48 hours.
In addition to these actions, the Vehicle Theft Unit will manage the corresponding actions so that the car is returned to its legitimate owner.
