Find out the dates and prices of trips in June and July

For years, the The Night Train that covered the Santiago-Temuco route was a symbol of national travel. Despite gaining popularity over time, this iconic route was inactive for seven long years.

Last May, Ferrocarriles del Estado (EFE) surprised many of its users when announcing the return of the mythical route. This consisted of a trip from Santiago to Temuco on the night of May 17, with its corresponding return scheduled for the morning of the 21st of the same month.

Given the positive reception that the reintroduction of this emblematic route received, and with the aim of promoting tourism, the railway organization has made an important decision. This is about scheduling new dates so that users can enjoy the Night Train experience again.

Check the new dates of the Santiago – Temuco Night Train

Through the tren.cl website, Ferrocarriles del Estado has announced the incorporation of three new Night Train trips. These new experience opportunities will be available in both June and July.

In total, 6 trips will be carried out, given that each journey from Santiago to Temuco will have its corresponding return trip from the south to the capital.

Santiago -Temuco: Wednesday June 19 – 9:30 p.m.
Temuco – Santiago: Sunday June 23 – 08:50 AM hours.
Santiago -Temuco: Friday, July 5 – 9:30 p.m.
Temuco – Santiago: Sunday July 7 – 08:50 AM hours.
Santiago -Temuco: Friday July 12 – 9:30 p.m.
Temuco – Santiago: Sunday July 14 – 08:50 AM hours.

Ticket prices

The prices for these new opportunities to travel between Santiago and Temuco are diverse and depend on both the departure point of the train and the type of seat selected. In any case, They range between $21,900 and $43,900.
