The Tucumán Chapter World Public Policy Pre-Summit was presented in the Legislature. The meeting will take place on June 18 and 19 from 8 at the Catalinas Park Hotel (Av. Soldati 380).
The axes will be: Knowledge Economy (focused on knowledge-based activities, where information, technology and creativity are fundamental. Includes Knowledge-Based Services, Education and Training and Technological Innovation) and Production (focuses on economic activities related to manufacturing, transformation and distribution of goods and services. Includes industrialization, innovation and sustainability).
“With the collaboration and support of Caty Lonac, Tucumán will stand up on issues that interest us greatly as a province such as Production and the Knowledge Economy. From the Legislature we have always committed to supporting these activities,” stated the lieutenant governor, Michael Acevedo.
And he added: “There are many architects here who put a lot of work into highlighting this about the Social Council. It is a time when we need Argentina to be Argentina for each of us and this is going to help a lot.”
While, Catalina Lonac, president of the Economic and Social Council of the University of San Pablo-T, said that “it is very important that this be done in Tucumán, there will be others that will be done in Jujuy and Córdoba. We take the item of Knowledge Production and Economy. “There are going to be tables and conversations with people who know about these topics and conferences.”
“On Monday night we will sign an agreement with the COFE so that the Social Council of San Pablo T can take part. “The social councils are democracy at its finest,” he added.
