Argentine and Chilean authorities estimate that a window could open this Sunday, but the bad weather conditions would return again on Monday.

Around 9 p.m., the coordination of the crossing to Chile reported: “Users are informed that on Saturday, June 15, the International Crossing will remain closed for all types of vehicles.”
On the other hand, they indicated that “the roads of both countries are working on clearing national routes 7 and 60, respectively, to achieve their passability. During tomorrow (this Saturday) the progress will be evaluated to have a clearer picture regarding the passability of the international corridor”.
