Very good news is coming from OSSE regarding the special rates that can be accessed by both retirees and pensioners of the province of San Juan, but also for other groups of people who do not register employment in a dependency relationship.
From the entity they communicated that the management can only be done in person in delegations of the province or in the OSSE Headquarters at Ignacio de la Roza 272, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
It is important to mention that the income of the family group of retirees and pensioners must not collectively exceed the two minimum, vital and mobile salaries at the June 2024 value of $234,315.12, that is, they must not receive more than $468,630.24.

The requirements
Applicants for this benefit must present a photocopy of documentation that proves ownership of the property (being the owner of a single property).
– Photocopy of the last salary receipt of the Retiree(s) or Pensioner(s).
– If people over 18 years of age live in the property, also present a photocopy of the salary receipt or negative certification issued by ANSES as appropriate.
– Photocopy of the last Income Tax receipt.
– Photocopy of ID of all people who live in the property.
– Photocopy of the last OSSE ballot.
– Photocopy of the last Energía San Juan invoice. Monthly consumption should not exceed 450 kWh.
Other users who do not register employment in a dependency relationship can also access the benefit, they must present the following documentation:
– Photocopy proving ownership of a single home
– If there are people over 18 years of age living in the home, photocopy of the salary receipt or negative certificate from ANSES
– Photocopy of the last Income Tax receipt
– Photocopy of the DNI of all the people who live in the home
– Photocopy of the last OSSE ballot
– Photocopy of the last Energía San Juan bill, with a monthly consumption of no more than 450 kWh
