“They did not defeat us nor will they defeat us. We are proud to be Peronists. Today, June 16, the day they tried to kill Perón with a bombing of Plaza de Mayo, I demand the expulsion of Scioli, Kueider and Espínola from the Justicialist party in memory of the 300 victims of yesterday and today.”the legislator wrote this Sunday on her X account (former Twitter).
Scioli, Kueider and Espínola, Di Tullio argued in the publication he shared for the 69th anniversary of the 1955 bombing that left hundreds dead and thousands injured, “They joined the ranks of the Milei government out of personal interest and their spurious decisions must not be allowed to be made in the name of Peronism. NOT IN OUR NAME.”

In recent days, senators Kueider and Espínola were the target of criticism from several legislators and Peronist figures, since both voted in favor -and before they enabled the quorum- of the Base Law and the Fiscal Packagetwo Milei projects that contradict the ideas of Unión por la Patria, the party for which they came – through the popular vote – to their seats.
“There are two senators who entered the Senate on the Union por la Patria ticket who, without a doubt, if they vote in favor of the law, the bases will be traitors not only to the election, but to the popular mandate they have“, the Unión por la Patria deputy, Cecilia Moreau, had complained to them on Wednesday afternoon, to remind them of the ballot with which they were elected: Espínola in the 2021 legislative elections and Kueider in the 2019 elections.

In the case of Scioli, the adherence to the far-right government is more explicit, since at the end of January he joined Milei’s cabinet as Secretary of Tourism, Environment and Sports of the Nation.
