Playing a match in a tournament governed by the ANFP, such as the Chile Cup, in Aysen’s lands, was already considered a gain for Alas Portuarias, so the result against them, a categorical 7-0 against Deportes Puerto Montt, it just happened as an anecdote.
The ANFA stadium in Puerto Aysén was the scene of this clash for the Chile Cup, after Alas Portuarias won on the field the right to play one of the stages of this contest against a professional team such as Deportes Puerto Montt and which arrived with all its stars to Patagonia.
The Aysen club made representations to the authorities to play at home on their field and they achieved it. For this, some repairs were made to the stadium and emphasis was placed on safety. All of this worked without problems.

When it came to commenting on purely sporting matters, it was clear that the differences between an amateur and a professional club are huge, which was reflected in the final result: a 7-0 for the Dolphins.
Deportes Puerto Montt imposed its football terms from the beginning when Matías Lagos opened the account after 5 minutes and Nicolás Zedán increased the score after 6 minutes.
The rhythm continued to impose Puerto Montt when at 13 minutes Harold Antiñirre scored the third goal, at 23 minutes Zedán repeated, at 27 minutes Antiñirre appeared again and at 37 Cristóbal Vargas scored the sixth goal.
In the second half, the Dolphins team lowered the intensity of the game in the Aysen stadium and closed the performance with a goal in the 90th minute by Sebastián Pérez.
It was a good sporting event that the fans enjoyed and that Mayor Julio Uribe himself praised for its order and good behavior of the public.
Alas Portuarias will not continue in the race, but it leaves in its sporting history that it was able to access the Chile Cup and play at home in Puerto Aysén and that is already winning in the world of amateur football.
