Capitalinas and puneñas met yesterday in what was the last date of the group stage of the Regional Tournament organized by the Federal Council of AFA.
There was a victory for the girls from El Cruce who won by a landslide over their current rivals, showing great efficiency in hurting their opponents.

The result was 4 to 1 in favor of the “piranhas” who, with the victory, qualified for another stage of this competition and will continue to represent Jujuy in this Afista tournament.
The figure of the Sunday afternoon was player number 10 from El Cruce who scored four goals for her team. The reference for Yésica Rivero who scored from a penalty, a free kick and also from medium distance clearly showing the quality of her punch.
As we mentioned before, the classification went to the capital team tactically led by Federico Yonar. Although both clubs finished the group stage of this competition with 10 points behind Palermo, to define the guard of the “Canary Islands” the confrontations between them had to be taken into account. The girls from Sportivo Palermo visited Unión Maimará in the provincial interior, already eliminated from the competition, and brought to our capital a resounding 4-0 victory that secured their leadership in the standings and passage to the phase.
