Starting this Tuesday, La Rioja will have a new pharmacy after fifteen years without openings

Haro will witness this Tuesday an image that has not been recorded in La Rioja for fifteen years: the opening of a new pharmacy. It will be the first of a list to which three new offices in Logroño will soon be added, specifically in El Campillo, Los Lirios and Valdegastea.

This opening in the jarrera town comes after the General Directorate of Benefits and Pharmacy of the Government of La Rioja presented a favorable report this Monday. In this way it will be added to the 156 that already exist in the autonomous community.

Those of Logroño, meanwhile, are underway. What’s more, for El Campillo the authorization is scheduled for the end of June, as reported by the regional Executive in a note. Those of Los Lirios and Valdegastea, for their part, are completing their works and gathering equipment with the aim of getting them underway in the coming months. In the case of the capital of Rioja, the previous pharmacy openings date back to 2007, when two were launched, one in El Cubo and another in Portillejo.
