The Valle del Cauca Police confirmed the capture of a supposed escort of the National Protection Unit (UNP) for his alleged involvement in the recruitment of a minor under 17 years of age, originally from the department of Cauca.
The man stated that he was part of the security scheme Sandra Milena Morales, member of the Comunes Party.
