This study, based on data obtained from 1,200 interviews with candidates from various industries and 400 surveys of companies nationwide, projects an 11% increase in salaries, exceeding the inflation rate expected for the period.
LHH’s research covers a total of 15 economic sectors, providing a comprehensive view of Colombian labor market trends for 2024. The sectors that stand out for offering the highest remunerations They are Operations, Logistics, Sales, Marketing and Technology.
