As reported by the official press channel, the municipality of Pueblo Belgrano will celebrate Flag Day with a massive party, which in this case will be attended by Governor Rogelio Frigerio, who will attend the official event starting at 10 p.m. tomorrow and then he will take the pledge of loyalty to the Flag to the cadets of the province’s Police School.
The official activity will begin at 8 in the Plaza Belgrano, where the Argentine Flag will be raised and a wreath will be placed on the bust of Manuel Belgrano. Later at 10, with the presence of Governor Rogelio Frigerio, Mayor Francisco Fiorotto and authorities from different levels, the central event will begin.
The formal event will bring together more than 300 4th Grade students from different schools in the region, who will make the promise of Loyalty to the Flag, as well as the Malvinas Veterans who will take the oath to the national flag.
Subsequently, the civic-military parade will be held with the participation of formations from the Argentine Army, National Gendarmerie, Argentine Naval Prefecture, Entre Ríos Police, Argentine Federal Police, Pueblo General Belgrano Firefighters, Gualeguaychú Firefighters, Penal Unit No. 9, Veterans of the Falklands War, intermediate and ecclesiastical institutions and historical residents of the town.
Once the parade is over, the popular festival will begin, which will have as one of the points of attraction the great gastronomic fair, with more than 20 typical food stalls and the great Fair of Local Artisans and Producers.
The Festival will have two stages: one located in the field prepared for the Creole Skills, in which payadores and singers provide the perfect setting for a day in the best traditionalist style. On the other hand, the main stage offers a variety of musical proposals and traditional dance bodies, where Vasco Zuloaga, Mismo Palo, Facundo Boloque y su Conjunto, Dos Trovadores & Mai and Grupo Mitaí will perform, while Ballet Huellas Argentinas will perform , Sol y Río Group, En Yunta Escuela de Malambo, Almas Nativas Ballet and Cadencia Dance Company, among others.
