In turn, during May, María Belén achieved the maximum victory in the National Chess Championship, where she was crowned first place in the sub-14 category, in front of skilled students from all over the country.

Ingrid Carrasco, analyst of the IND school sports games, said that “In the last two years, Calama has classified athletes for the national stage, last year they were also classified and this year a male athlete would be attending with a lady and the technical staff will be from Calama.
