This Wednesday, June 26, 23 cars and 574 motorcycles, based on cash, to the highest bidder and in the conditions in which they are found, will be auctioned by the Municipality.
The auction will take place at the Municipal Theater on Avenida Paraguay 1,200 from 10 a.m.
The vehicles that will be auctioned are not suitable for circulation and do not have the possibility of re-registration. The motorcycles will be available in batches of three units. The auction will be based on $250 thousand pesos for the motorcycle lot and $400 thousand pesos for cars (individual lots).
Once the auction has been carried out, the buyer of the auctioned property will have five days to withdraw it. You must pay in cash for the purchased item at the time of pick-up. This includes the final sale price and stamped Income Tax (1.25%), while the corresponding proof of payment will be issued to the municipality.
The buyer will also bear the auctioneer’s fees. They will be equivalent to 10% of the total sale value of each lot and must be paid at the auction, in cash. The corresponding receipt must also be issued.
