The known San Juan tattoo artist Patricio Pioli faces legal problems again after being arrested in The Rioja for violating the perimeter order imposed by local Justice. Pioli, who was serving a five-year prison sentence for disclosing images of his ex-girlfriend in a case of pornextortionattended a tattoo event where his ex-partner, Paula Sánchez Frega, was also present.
Judge Gisela Flamini, of the Investigative Court of Gender Violence and Comprehensive Protection of Minors No. 2, ordered Pioli’s arrest for disobedience to authority. According to the magistrate, Pioli crossed the victim’s restricted area on two occasions, which activated the alert device established by the perimeter order.
