Within the framework of the investment policy in school infrastructure, promoted by the government of Chubut, the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Energy and Planning, announced the expansion of School N 68 in the town of Gobernador Costa.
The work includes the construction of a dining room, a warehouse, a kitchen with a pantry, a machine room, and a tank tower. These new facilities will be located in the southern sector of the school building, on Darwin Street, and will be connected from inside the existing SUM.
In addition, the project includes two new accesses from the dining room, one from inside the SUM and another from the outside, as well as independent accesses for the storage room and the kitchen with pantry.
On the other hand, air heating equipment and a hot water tank will be installed in the engine room, while the tank tower will supply the kitchen consumption and the fire pumping system.
Finally, it was reported that the work will have a completion period of 240 days and the amount budgeted for the tender is $484,849,319.82.
