The Córdoba Prosecutor’s Office has sent a written to the Court of Instruction number 7 of the city of Córdoba asking that the European Public Prosecutor’s Office indicate one of the causes being investigated within the Infrastructure case of the Córdoba City Council. This is because … affects European funds of the Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development Strategy (Edusi), with the alleged commission of a crime of bribery.
This has been indicated by judicial sources. These indicate that the facts consist of the «alleged offer” by the then Infrastructure Councilor of the Consistory, David Dorado, and the general coordinator of the Delegation, María Luisa Bueno, to a businessman from cordoba. The exedil and the former coordinator are being investigated in the case.
The meeting between these three people would have occurred in August 2020 in a restaurant. In it, Gold and Good would have proposed to this businessman who constituted different companies with front mengiven that the use of Edusi funds by the Consistory to carry out minor works in the area of Infrastructure was imminent.
In this sense, These works were associated part of investment in advertising, an amount that would supposedly be shared between the three of them. The businessman refused to do so.
