A boy traveling with his mother and grandmother on a motorcycle He ended up dead in the middle of a robbery committed by a criminals who fled and are wanted by the authorities.
The sad story happened on the road that connects the municipalities of Garzón and El Agrado, in Huila, where the boy was traveling with his grandmother and his mother, who was driving the motorcycle.
Witnesses told authorities that at least two criminals intercepted the motorcycle and knocked it down to steal their cell phones and personal belongings.
“They knocked down the motorcycle to rob the two women,” they said.
The motorcycle was driven by Liliana Bravo Vargas, 48, who was accompanied by her mother, Ernestina Bravo, and with them was the child identified as Josué Monje, 5 years old.
The women were intercepted and forcibly knocked off their motorcycle at the height of the El Quimbo viaductlocated between Garzón and El Agrado, where the criminals stripped them of their belongings when they fell on the road.
The authorities attended to the case and indicated that the women suffered serious blows to the head and other parts of the body, so they were helped and transferred to the San Vicente de Paul hospital in Garzón.
It was learned that the child also suffered serious injuries and died despite the medical attention given to him. After the hard blow he suffered severe head trauma.
The criminals fled on a motorcycle and, according to some clues, they are wanted to identify and capture them.
