Governor Maximiliano Pullaro signed this Tuesday with the Chief of Staff of the Nation, Guillermo Francos, the agreement that establishes the continuity of the public works that the national government was executing in Santa Fe territory, and determines which works will be completed and financed by the Nation and which will be transferred to the provincial government for completion.

Given the decision to paralyze public works by the Nation, this agreement allows the Province of Santa Fe to advance alternatives to provide continuity to the works that were being carried out. Among those that were committed is the “San Javier – Crespo – San Cristóbal – Tostado” aqueduct.

On this topic, Senator Oscar Dolzani said “just as we announced, as a result of efforts, joint work and the commitment of our governor Maximiliano Pullaro, we confirm that he will resume the work of the San Javier – Tostado aqueduct. We close the day with this excellent news for the entire region and especially for our department.

“This morning, Maxi Pullaro met with the Chief of Staff of President Javier Milei, asking him for the continuity of this strategic work for the development of four departments. Clearly it is between everyone, joining efforts and working as a team to achieve it. With great joy We present this excellent announcement” concluded the Senator.

On March 25, the senator for San Javier, Oscar Dolzani, was in Buenos Aires presenting the claim for the stoppage of the San Javier – Governor Crespo – Ceres – Tostado aqueduct. Their peer senators from the other departments through which the work would pass – Felipe Michlig (San Cristóbal), Rodrigo Borla (San Justo) and Joaquín Gramajo (9 de Julio) – participated in the meeting, as well as provincial authorities related to the hydraulic area.

There the legislator said “we have left the concern to our governor, so that it is put in the folder when it comes to discussing the priority projects for the province, since there will be more than 140,000 people from all over the north, who will benefit from something as special as is the water”.

Today progress was made with unblocking the completion of it and many other works that are carried out with national funds. For this reason, Pullaro reiterated that “we need infrastructure, road, energy and connectivity works, which allow us to boost our production. We share the Executive’s intention to end the fiscal deficit, but we see a different path; For us, we must strengthen the productive system and associate it with the educational system, so that more can be produced and that way we can grow,” he concluded.
