The State Workers Association (ATE) received a new call to the Civil Service for this Thursday at 9 a.m., after the second rejection by the union to the Executive’s offers.

ATE considered the latter to be “a serious setback” and accused the government of “trying to delay the deadlines, which is detrimental to all workers.”

In the last meeting, the Government made a laundering offer of $15,000 in June and $15,000 in August corresponding to the non-remunerative bonus for October 2023, which would translate into an increase of $3,124 for the initial category.

In addition, the union demanded payment of the half bonus in a single installment, within the times indicated by the legislation. Also sectoral demands, such as an increase in additional and supplementary hours for school janitors, a change to a teacher-hour worker contract, an increase in guards and the SeNAF and Human Development Operator bonus, regularization and payment of recategorizations in all sectors, among others. .
