Elements of the Investigative Police (PDI) completed a judicial order in confinement, against Ángel “N” for the probable crime against health in the form of drug dealing with the variant of simple possession; reported the Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP).
Through intelligence work by investigating agents, it was established that this subject was held in a State Detention Center located in the capital of San Luis Potosí.
Upon moving to this site and interviewing the administrative staff there, they confirmed that the individual had remained inside since June 14 of this year.
When addressing this person deprived of his liberty, the officers informed him of the arrest warrant issued by the control judge at the request of litigating agents of the FGESLP.
Finally, it will remain at the disposal of the judicial authority that requires it and will be waiting for its legal situation to be resolved after the initial hearing.
