On the afternoon of Thursday, June 27, a robbery occurred in the Belén La Mota sector in Medellín, where a man reported that a young man approached him and robbed him of property valued at $14 million pesos.
The authorities immediately reviewed the security cameras in the area and identified the criminal who was seen in the recordings, intimidating the complainant with a firearm.
According to the official version, when the 18-year-old was identified, he fled, but was caught and a .38 caliber revolver was found on him.with which he robbed the citizen of a gold chain valued at more than 9 million pesos, a cell phone and other objects, which were not recovered from the minor who was captured.
At the moment it is known that the young man was transferred to an URI, waiting for a judge to define his judicial situation, when he is presented by the Prosecutor’s Office.
“I took my keys and I was about five houses away from my complex, I don’t realize at what moment he came on me, When I open the door he comes in and starts telling me “you are dying today, it’s your fault, it’s your fault, all of this is your fault”“, the woman who made the complaint said at the time.
