Next Monday, July 1, the payment period for the last tax contemplated in the current Tax Declaration and Payment Campaign, organized by the Tax Administration Office, ONAT, begins in the province of Cienfuegos and corresponds to personal income. of the sugarcane sector, which includes farmers and usufructuaries of land dedicated to the cultivation of sugarcane.
The period will extend from July 1st to October 31st, and if compliance is made with the Treasury before August 31st, those who do so will be rewarded with a discount of five percent of the amount payable. which represents a monetary benefit for the taxpayer.
In the province of Cienfuegos, approximately one hundred farmers and land users are required to pay personal income tax in the sugarcane sector. They must submit their sworn declaration with all the information required by the Tax Administration Office.
With the beginning of the period for the payment of the tax on personal income from the sugarcane sector, this year’s Tax Declaration and Payment Campaign, which began on January 8, enters its final phase.
