The night that the San Juan journalist Leo Polegritti experienced was terrible after his motorcycle was stolen at the door of the television channel where he was working. After the incident, the communicator harshly attacked the San Juan Police, accusing them of “incompetent actions.”

The unfortunate incident occurred on Friday night outside Channel 8, one of the media outlets where the journalist, who also works for Channel 4 and Radio Sarmiento, works. To report what happened, Polegritti used his X account (formerly Twitter), where he lashed out against the provincial security forces.

The driver said in his own words: “Last night my motorcycle was stolen from the entrance to the canal. The police, through incompetent “action”, delayed everything”, implying that the time taken by the officers did not contribute to the start of an effective investigation to find the criminals.

He also raised the tone of his accusation and attacked the police force: “It was more important to know the story of my life with an obscene delay than to search quickly. Let us pray that the next authorities will be better,” he said.
