Warn the local Infrastructure Secretary, Ana Carolina Valencia, that the declaration is a preventive measure that will allow the administration to give priority attention to those affected.

“In this public calamity decree we have prioritized 19 points as a municipal administration, which have been determined to be the most affected.concentrated in the sectors of Manzanillo, Santo Domingo, in the Bulevar del Café neighborhood, La Capilla, San Camilo, los Micos, San Andresito, Monserrate, as well as in southern paths, Colmenas, volcanoes, La Amoladora Baja, Italia, Guaca , Santa Bárbara, El Palo and the district of Spanish, The prioritization of these points will allow us not only to carry out management from the municipal level, but also at the departmental and national level to access greater resources to care for those affected by the intense rains ”warns Ana Carolina Valencia, secretary of infrastructure of the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal.
