EL TIEMPO established exclusively that the alleged director of the company, identified as Jeong Dongsun has a current warrant from the Republic of South Korea for the crime of fraud.
Therefore, in an operation intelligence officers from Dijín, together with the CTI of the Prosecutor’s Office, was captured last Wednesday.
According to a court file against him that rests in the Ulsan judicial office, the foreigner is accused of promoting alleged investments within his business model in which he offered to return between 5 and 10 percent of the contributions.

It is estimated that through this mechanism managed to raise the equivalent of 1.8 billion Colombian pesos with which he literally vanished from his country to end up in Ibagué.
