This week, it was announced that the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (MinTIC) has launched four projects that promise to revolutionize the educational and digital infrastructure of the municipality of Fundación Magdalena.
First, there is the Digital Centers Project, with an investment of $4 billion, which will connect 25 local educational sites, significantly improving access to essential digital tools for education.
In addition, the Digital Power Project, financed with $793 million, will expand the technological infrastructure in five additional educational locations, thus consolidating the commitment to the continuous improvement of teaching.
On the other hand, the Fomento 2.0 Lines, with an investment of $367 million, will extend high-speed connectivity to 723 homes in the city, promoting digital inclusion and facilitating access to educational resources and online opportunities.
Finally, the Community Zones for Peace project, endowed with $557 million, will establish technological spaces in rural educational centers, promoting learning and community development in remote areas.
These joint efforts mark significant progress towards the modernization and sustainable development of the Foundation, demonstrating the commitment of the MinTIC and all the actors involved in improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the municipality.
