Within the framework of the Territorial Transparency and Fiscal Efficiency Program of the Entre Ríos Tax Administrator (ATER), during June a series of control actions were carried out in tourist and thermal complexes in the city of Concordia.
“The inspection operations are now stricter and more frequent, because we focus on compliance with the law,” highlighted the executive director of ATER, Jesús Koreel.
“We have to correct the inequality between those who comply with their obligations and those who do not. That is why we are targeting situations of informality in all areas, mainly in those sectors that show greater capacity to contribute,” he added.
Irregularities in Concordia
Based on the joint work between the Supervision areas of the ATER, the Provincial Labor Secretariat and the Municipality of Concordia, In an important tourist and thermal complex, different types of pollution were detected. Irregularities in supporting documentation for real estate developments observed.
Likewise, they were found irregularities in declared personnel payrolls and differences in economic activities that are carried out.
After the actions, the owners were duly physically informed of the procedures established by law and ordered to present supporting documentation.
