The state unions of Córdoba requested a hearing with Governor Martín Llaryora to “carry out the joint treatment of the situation of retirees and APROSS.”
The document bears the signatures of the Union of Public Employees (SEP), Union of Educators of the Province of Córdoba (UEPC), Union of Legislative Employees of Córdoba (SELC), Single Union of Municipal Workers and Employees (SUOEM), ACEC (Casinos ), Judicial, Lottery, Luz y Fuerza Regional, UPS, Musicians, APSE, Federation of Municipalities, ADEME, Banking Association, SADOP, AMET, Graphics, Luz y Fuerza Córdoba, SIVIALCO, SIPOS (Sanitary Works) and ATSA (Health).
With respect to retirements, the state raises the following points:
– Solidarity Contribution Art. 9 Section E: “raise the salary bands, established in Resolution 5/12 of the Ministry of Economy, according to the CPI percentages in the period from 01/01/24 to 04/1/24 and then update it monthly according to CPI for the discount of solidarity contributions according to law 10724 art. 9 paragraph E.
– Article 58 – Law 10694: Use as a reference for the application of article 58 of law 10694 (six retirement minimums) the entire value of the minimum retirement established at $230,000.
– Deferral: request the immediate suspension of the deferral for the collection of increases for retirees and pensioners.
While in relation to APROSS, they demand the following:
-Eliminate FOSAET.
-Maintain what was agreed with the APROSS authorities, in relation to the mechanism for updating the value of the Catastrophic Illness Fund (FEC) and that the amounts for voluntary affiliates included in article 9 of law 9277/24 are calculated according to the percentage of the salary guideline agreed upon with the state unions.
-Compliance with the minutes signed on November 10, 2023.
