As could be seen in the most recent teaser of Deadpool & Wolverine, the latter’s archenemy will return to the screen, representing the return of what was his first opponent in cinema. Additionally, Sabretooth will be portrayed by Tyler Mane, who brought the character to life in 2000’s X-Men. So we can now confirm what he himself says. Deadpool in the teaser “People have waited decades for this fight.”
Toad
Actor Ray Park also returns to the big screen, in his character of Toad (Toad, in Spanish), a supervillain who accompanies the antagonist Magneto, whose elimination was in the hands of Storm, played by Halle Berry, but who will now have a second air.
Pyro
Also as part of Magneto’s companions, Pyro returns with Aaron Stanford in the role. After all, the fire-manipulating element had already appeared in X2: X-Men United and X-Men: The Last Stand, so his return was expected for this new installment.
Elektra
How can we forget Jennifer Garner giving life to the character of Elektra in Daredevil? Although the film was not a commercial success as expected, the character design and the actress’s performance did go down in history, making it one of the first confirmed cameos in the cast of Deadpool & Wolverine. Now, almost twenty years later, Jennifer Garner will return to play the character in the film.
Deathstrike
Deathstrike is one of the sworn enemies that could not be missing in a confrontation against Wolverineso after seeing them fight in X-Men and X2:X-Men United, we will relive this encounter to Deadpool & Wolverine. The character will be played by Kelly Hu.
Azazel
Jason Flemyng will reprise his role as Azazel, who we first saw in X-Men: First Class and first appeared in Marvel Comics’ Uncanny X-Men #428, as a teleporting mutant who began his career in the Hellfire Club before eventually joining Magneto’s brotherhood.
