iKON’s Bobby and Chanwoo have announced their plans to enlist in the military.
On April 6, 143 Entertainment revealed that Bobby would enlist on May 21, followed by Chanwoo’s enlistment on May 27.
The full statement from the agency is as follows:
Hello, this is 143 Entertainment.
We would like to thank iKONIC [los fans de iKON] for always giving iKON your infinite love, support and encouragement.
Bobby, member of [iKON]will enter a military training center on May 21 and Jung Chanwoo will [enlistará] on May 27.
We ask that you send much support and encouragement to Bobby and Jung Chanwoo until the day they return after having diligently discharged their military duty.Also, we will not hold an official event [para los fans o la prensa] the days on which members enlist.
We ask for your understanding that they will enter privately to avoid security-related accidents due to confusion at the venue.Thank you.
