The model turned actress Kim Jin Kyung is getting married!
On April 29, it was reported that Kim Jin Kyung and professional goalkeeper Kim Seung Gyu would get married in June.
In response to the report, Kim Jin Kyung’s agency SUBLIME confirmed, “It is true that Kim Jin Kyung will marry Kim Seung Gyu in June.”
Born in 1997, Kim Jin Kyung placed second on “Korea’s Next Top Model 3” in 2012. In addition to her modeling activities, she also starred in dramas such as “Walking” and “Fragrance” and variety shows like ““We Got Married.”
Kim Seung Gyu is a professional goalkeeper born in 1990 and is currently under contract with Al-Shabab FC of Saudi Arabia. He also plays for the South Korea national team and was the team’s starting goalkeeper for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Kim Jin Kyung has recently been active as a star player on the soccer variety show “Shooting Stars”. The two reportedly grew closer with sports as a common interest.
