BIGHIT MUSIC Shares Update on Legal Procedures Related to BTS Rights

BIGHIT MUSIC has shared an update on the legal proceedings related to bts.

Hello. We are BIGHIT MUSIC.

We wish to inform you about the status of the legal measures taken to protect BTS members against the violation of their rights.

We would like to clarify that recent accusations of illegal hoarding, concept plagiarism, and affiliations with Dahnworld or any religious cult are completely false.

Our agency decided that the recent movement spreading rumors and false information has become excessive and previously announced that it would retain a separate law firm to decisively address these matters.

Therefore, we have identified and compiled several posts containing misinformation intended to defame and slander artists and have filed the initial round of criminal complaint with law enforcement authorities today (May 2). This compilation includes posts that were systematically uploaded and then deleted, as well as posts from authors who have since deleted their accounts. We will persist in our legal proceedings through continuous monitoring and evidence collection.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for filing civic and criminal complaints against individuals who attempt to tarnish the reputations of our artists by spreading malicious falsehoods. We will offer no leniency or settlements, ensuring that offenders are appropriately punished without exception.

We extend our sincerest apologies to BTS fans for the distress they have experienced in recent weeks. We are committed to taking all necessary actions to protect the rights of our artists. Thank you for your unwavering love and support of BTS. Please send any reports of the aforementioned infringement cases to the BIGHIT MUSIC legal hotline at [email protected].

Thank you.
