James Lomenzo talks about the new MEGADETH material – Low in MYTHRA – Metal Bats

The bassist of MEGADETH James Lomenzo has spoken with Metal Global about the group’s new material.

“Right now we are actively working on new music. In a sense, at this point, it’s a new band, it’s like a new version of MEGADETH, as if no one expected this to happen. We spoke with Dave every day and he really wants to make another album and put out something fresh. For me the last one was fantastic. When I joined the group they had just finished recording it, and I knew it, but I begged to play bass on it because I had heard some fantastic things. But they told me that they had been doing it for two years and that they had to go on tour. In any case Steve DiGiorgio he did an incredible job. I love how he played on the album and his style.”
