Chats of the former deputy director of the Ungrd with the president of the Chamber are leaked

Several media outlets published screenshots of the chats of the former deputy director of the Risk Management Unit, Snyder Pinilla, in which he is seen talking with representative Andrés Calle, president of the Chamber.

The chats are supposedly proof of when and how the delivery of 1,000 million pesos to Calle was arranged, which Pinilla himself would have given to the representative last year, in Montería.

“You tell me where I can get to at that time. At a site. “Something reserved please,” Pinilla is supposedly said to Calle. The president of the House would have responded: “Let’s meet at my apartment.” This is read in the chats https://twitter.com/WRadioColombia/status/1787948211006525541.

Why does it matter? Pinilla denounced last Friday in several media outlets that the government had supposedly received 4,000 million pesos to the presidents of Congress: the liberal Andrés Calle and the green Iván Name (Senate). The amounts would be one thousand for the first and three thousand for the second, of money initially destined to buy water tank trucks for the poorest of La Guajira.
