Last Monday, the governor of Córdoba, Martín Llaryora, announced that the bank of that province now offers a mortgage line that allows financing up to 100% of a property.
This line will have “the lowest rate on the market for all Cordobans, whether or not they are clients of the entity,” highlighted the provincial leader.
Also on Monday, Banco Nación ordered a new reduction in the interest rate for MSMEs, large companies and for the “individual” segment, with reductions ranging between 5 and 9 percentage points.
Likewise, it improved the conditions for financing in dollars, with a fixed rate of 1.5%.
