Jesus Agudelo Hernandez and Sebastian Molina Lopez.

“According to initial investigations, they evaded security checks early this morning and fled, events that are still under investigation,” the INPEC said in a statement.
The director of Inpec, Colonel Daniel Gutiérrez, indicated that the National Police and the Army were asked to “create a lockdown plan which is currently being carried out in order to locate the fugitives.”
In addition, a “disciplinary investigation of all officials who were on duty at the Establishment last night” was ordered.
This penitentiary center currently houses 7,249 prisoners when its capacity is 6,123 places, which translates into a overpopulation of 1,126, that is, overcrowding of almost 18%.
